AOPs de Bourgogne

Conhecer os vinhos da Bourgogne não é tarefa simples, muito menos barata. Embora seja uma região relativamente pequena, como aproximadamente 30.000 hectares de vinhedos – produzindo aproximadamente 3% do volume de vinhos de França – é dividida em muitas AOP (denominação de origem protegida – a antiga AOC).

São 84 denominações de origem de Bourgone (muito se fala em 100 AOPs, na verdade são 84 AOPs e a estas foram adicionadas as denominações geográficas complementares da AOP Bourgogne.
